At Zen Psychological Center (with the exception of Brittany Goff ) , our therapists are in network providers with:

• Cigna
• United Healthcare
• Aetna
• Carefirst BC/BS

Each insurance plan is different, therefore the cost of your session will be the copay amount for your individual plan.

Each therapist is in network with different insurance companies, please verify that the therapist you wish to see is in network with your insurance.

If you would like to use your out of network benefits, we can provide you with Superbill for reimbursement from your insurance company.

Private pay rate for therapy intake: $155

Private pay rate for therapy session: $135

Brittany Goff, LCSW-C is an out of network provider.  This means that you will be responsible for the fee of the session, and we will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Initial Intakes and follow up sessions: $200

30 minute consultations (providers & clients) are $100

60 minute consultations (providers & clients) are $200

Our weekly support groups are free of charge
