Living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face it alone. At Zen Psychological Center, we offer a supportive, judgment-free space where individuals with OCD can come together, share experiences, and find encouragement from others who truly understand.
About Our OCD Support Group
Our OCD Support Group meets every other Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM in a warm and welcoming environment. This group is designed for individuals currently receiving treatment at Zen Psychological Center who want to:
✔ Share their experiences with OCD in a safe space
✔ Celebrate wins and progress in their journey
✔ Discuss challenges and setbacks with others who understand
✔ Learn helpful coping strategies from peers and professionals
✔ Unwind and connect after the daily struggles of OCD
Who Can Join?
At this time, our OCD support group is only open to current clients at Zen Psychological Center. If you are interested in joining, please speak with your therapist or contact our office for more details.
