This is due to the shortage of providers that lack the expertise on how to recognize symptoms of Obsessive-compulsive disorder. Zen Psychological Center is a group therapy practice that specializes in Obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders. Our mission is to provide evidenced based treatments to Maryland citizens at a reasonable cost to the community. Our team members have specialized advanced training in OCD, anxiety, and body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB’s).
