Training & Development
- Training in areas including Anxiety, OCD, Autism, & ADHD.
- Commitment to learning: You are eager to deepen your clinical skills. We offer advanced OCD training upon joining, along with biweekly skills and consultation groups focused on Autism and ADHD, as well as dedicated OCD consultation groups.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health field (social work, counseling, psychology)
- Licensure in Maryland for mental health treatment.
- Experience in treating OCD is advantageous but not required, as you will be undergoing training on OCD prior to seeing clients.
- *Non-pathologizing perspective: We are seeking somebody who embraces the social model of neurodivergence, recognizing that neurological differences are not deficits. You MUST prioritize respect, acceptance, and empowerment, challenging the traditional medical model of Autism.
- Applicants must have a clean professional record with no complaints or disciplinary actions against their licensures. This includes maintaining adherence to all professional codes of ethics and standards set by the relevant licensing boards.
